Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping rates apply to eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
Orders with an eligible order value below $100.00 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $5.00 USD.
Orders with an eligible order value of $100.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
These shipping rates are subject to the eligibility requirements described in our Shipping Policy and must be consistent with the shipping charges displayed during checkout.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
Our standard order processing time is 1 to 2 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
Our daily order cutoff time is 8:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), based on Los Angeles, California.
Pacific Time follows the daylight saving time schedule observed in Los Angeles. Pacific Standard Time (PST) is UTC-8, and Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) is UTC-7.
Orders placed after the daily cutoff time, on weekends, or on applicable public holidays enter the processing schedule on the next available business day.
Our estimated shipping transit time is 5 to 9 business days after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Our total estimated delivery time is 6 to 11 business days, including order processing and shipping transit.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
If we become aware of a significant shipping delay, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers and provide appropriate options in accordance with applicable law.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

SPLF accepts eligible returns for both defective and non-defective products within 10 calendar days of delivery.

SPLF does not currently provide in-store returns or direct product exchanges.
For standard non-defective returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
SPLF does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Our standard refund processing timeframe is 7 calendar days after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved, subject to applicable payment processing requirements and consumer protection laws.
